How do I book a trial lesson?
Simply click the “Whatsapp” button, get in touch and choose your subject and preferred time slot. You can pay securely online and receive a confirmation email with meeting details.
Can I choose my tutor?
Yes! After your trial lesson, if you’re happy with your tutor, you can continue with them. If not, we’ll match you with another expert tutor based on your preferences and learning style.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is secure and processed through Stripe payment gateway.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 6 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours are subject to our cancellation policy.
What technology do I need for online lessons?
You need a stable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a webcam, and a microphone. We use our own meeting platform for lessons, which is free to use on the browser.
Are your tutors qualified?
All our tutors are thoroughly vetted with verified qualifications, teaching experience, and expertise in their subjects. Many hold advanced degrees and teaching certifications.
